While visiting the barn in York a few days ago, I happened to notice a Dor-Mar employee casually drinking a beer during what appeared to be a lunch break. While I understand that everyone is entitled to a break, seeing an employee consuming alcohol—especially while representing the company and in proximity to a company vehicle—struck me as highly unprofessional.
