This company has been a disappointment. I have used them as my HVAC service for four years. In most visits, things have gone OK. But two times (3 years apart) I had them come out for dryer cleaning and both times they sent two different inexperienced teenagers who did not have a ladder that would reach a second story vent nor tools that could clean out the duct, despite both times assuring me they would have the right equipment over the phone after I described the location and height.
