I booked my haircut on classpass and was double booked. My haircut was rushed and not what I asked for, not for lack of skill but because I was basically rushed off the chair without even seeing the back of my hair. Please have the respect to communicate with customers and inform them if they have been double booked personally i would much rather have re scheduled than wasted my time here.
