Called at 8:00 a.m. and had the door fixed by lunch. Totally rebuilt my door that I had almost destroyed trying to fix myself. The "big" garage door guys couldn't tell me if or when they could be here but they did tell me that they were gonna charge me triple what I ended up paying. Great service at a great price. These guys are the best !!
I called this morning with a sticking door, wasn't an emergency or anything, but I was frustrated. Austin sent Bill out to me within 45 minutes and Bill was able to adjust something on the motor, I forget what, and we were back in business. Maybe 10 minutes of his time, and he did it with a BIG smile and NO charge. We ALWAYS have great service from Door-Tech and will ALWAYS call for any garage door problems.
Outstanding service, fast turn around, and it was done well! Highly recommended!

Very professional & efficient! Austin repaired my garage door smoothly with no issues today. I called them around 4:30pm, they were at my house & completed the job by 6:30pm today which I thought was totally out of the question to have it done when inquiring that late in the day today. I had called the Overhead Door company & their receptionist said they'd would be giving me a call back the following Tuesday (today is Friday)....
