Horrible experience; and questionable work ethic! Would give less than 1 star! Technician came out and stated he would not charge as he did not do anything. Then a bill for $90 arrives, for work that was never done - and it came with a most disrespectful, npleasant attitude! Unaccountably, the decision to charge is apparently not given to the technician who was the only company rep. present, and who knew himself that he did not do anything, but lies with someone whose need to bill superseeds integrity and work ethic.
