The folks at Doortech are incredibly helpful. Jeff has a wealth of knowledge to share and is more than happy to help. Customer service was great and I was greeted with smiling faces. Definitely recommend!
I originally wanted to leave a 5 star review for fast and great service but once I had an issue, I was met with the response of "I don't know what else to tell you". My original problem was fixed before the originally scheduled time, although I was heading home to meet them there so that was a blank trip as it was in the middle of the day and I had to leave work for this, so I thought. Door Tech is the place to call when you have a garage door problem! They sent a wonderful man who figured out our problem and had our door working in no time!!
Great service from the office setting up the appointment and helping me troubleshoot over the phone to Jimmy who showed up on time and the problem was analyzed & fixed quickly. He quickly addressed any issues I had including changing out a lightbulb in the garage door, opener, programing my garage door opener for my car. He happily explained what he was doing, as he went along.
