Our opener broke and we needed help - I am too old to install openers anymore. I called Shalom and he said he would come out at 7pm to look at it. He confirmed what I suspected, the gear drive was shot. He told me that he could come back the next day and install a new, improved model opener. We agreed to a fair price. Had a great experience. The technician assigned to repair my garage door opener was running late, so the guy at the home office came out himself to assist me. He was knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. He had the repair done in less than 30 minutes & charged me a very low price. I am recommending this company to my neighbors & friends for anything garage door related. It is hard to find first rate service providers like this any more.
Haim came out and replaced our spring quickly. I would use him again.
