Chip hasn't answered his phone once. Has lag times on answering emails and reschedules last minute. Took a whole day off to see a property and he rescheduled 2.5 hours before the showing. Still waiting for him to respond. I will give a better review if he responds by end of day but not holding my breath. Lost money and time. I can’t give you a 0 so I I’ll give u a one. Worst experience ever they don’t care for their tenants and my family and I have to stay in a house without a cooker for a whole week because they don’t want to come over and fix it. And they ignore my calls when I try to complain and explain why we can’t live like this. This is inhumane and I don’t know why they treat us like this when literally every month we pay 2500.
