They have only email communication, which can take them up to weeks to respond to you. I notified them in November I will not be renewing my contract at the end of February (end of the year long lease), letting them know I wish for my unit to be vacant to sell. Reached out to this company for a property showing and offered my availability. Received a response that I was scheduled the following day. The day of the showing, received a notification that my showing was canceled but I could view their other properties available. After reading other negative reviews from owners and other renters, maybe we dodged a bullet with this company as renters.
Very organized & on top of their stuff! The employees are very helpful & paperwork is very easy. Definitely would recommend.
