Doors unlimited built and stained a replacement pocket door for me. I picked it up without a careful inspection and drove it home only to find a scratch on one side. I fully expected them to tell me I should have done a more thorough inspection and that I likely damaged it in transit. Instead they were extremely professional and absolutely took care of getting me a flawless door. Great product and even better customer service. I will come to them first on any future door needs.

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Tried loading brand new doors in my truck with no covering over the doors, had to stop them and personally ask for card board to cover the door. Guy was about to slide it right over the tail gate of my truck, then proceeded to try to lay another door on top of that one without anything to prevent them from scratching one another , which I again had to ask for card board to prevent damage from occuring. Called and ordered a Moore. Everything went awesome. They were able to build it to my specifications and it turned out awesome.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to do business here. I needed an outside door that would accommodate a small pet door, and with a window. There were only two options (despite their name). I wanted it painted black, but was told it would add over $800, so I declined. Weeks later I had not heard back so I called them.
