Sorry, but I'm really late with this review. A few months ago, I had Doors & More come out to repair one of my garage doors. One of the roller hinges had completely separated from one of the doors and was inoperable. When I called them, I originally asked them to look at replacing the doors with better insulated doors because I just put a mini split in the garage and was also having it insulated. Purchased a new garage door opener from Lowe’s, and Doors and More were the installer assigned, Dale Dale reached out Dale reached out and got me on the schedule, gave me an appointment time of 730 to 830, the installer Tech Mateo arrived promptly went straight to work removing my old garage door opener installed the new one and my wife and I have senior citizens. Dale (owner), Dee (office manager) and Teo (service technician), were fantastic!!! Doors & More installed our new garage doors about 15 years ago or so but now the garage door openers needed attention. They only had to repair one of the openers but replaced the other, which was great because keypad access was added outside. Every time I spoke to Dale or Dee it was like calling an old friend.
