I just experienced something I still can't believe just happened. I also take responsibility and should have refused the service. It is 12/23 and the "feels like" temperature is 33 degrees below zero. This company actually sent a technician to do the work. I allowed it. Never again. I have a 26-year background in the Human Resources department. I have not witnessed such inhumane treatment of an employee ever. This review is in response to service I received today (6/17/20)...RYAN was the gentleman who came to service my garage door. He was pleasant and honest with me. I didn’t know what was wrong with it, but Ryan fixed the issue and serviced the door in pretty much record time. No surprises! I am going to call Doors Galore from now on.
