I hired Tim to redo my bathroom. I was left with a floor that wasn't level and the new toilet runs all the time. Tim scheduled a time to come and look at it but I had to cancel due to my mother being gravely ill. When I called to reschedule, I was given an appt. time and his secretary called to cancel twice. I called for the inspection and the inspector said my toilet needed to be fixed, that it was not normal. I called Tim's again to at least come and fix the toilet and have never gotten a call back. I have never experienced a more rude, unprofessional, and incompetent sales person as the owner of doors by Tim. If Tim comes calling for a quote run!

Tim, We did everything we were suppose to for you. You signed a contract with us and we needed a few more measurements so that we ordered the correct door for you. Tim (business owner) came out during the time that we told you that we would be out there and took the measurements that were needed to order your doors. Tim knocked several times and no one answered so he took what measurements was needed and left. Doors By Tim recently installed new double entry doors on my home in Cocoa. They were very accommodating an helpful as I made my door selections and the installers were amazing. The guys worked for most of the day ensuring they were perfect! I love the new doors so much I just ordered 3 more doors for other entry points. Thank you!
We contracted with Doors by Tim (aka Bathrooms by Tim) for a COMPLETE bathroom remodel to include adding two closets and moving a shower drain. The poor workmanship is too numerous to mention and being able to add pictures would be beneficial. The closets were not finished.....one actually looked like it belonged in a garage. You ordered my men to build a second closet at my expense while I was on vacation.
