We needed a repair to our garage door- a motor needed replacement. Apparently it is a know issue with the model we have (which was installed by Garage Doors by Russ). They didn’t have the part; we were told 10 days to order. When I called after 2 weeks the informed me that they had failed to order the part. After another 10 days, they called to schedule replacement. Both service techs were very nice, but I was a little frustrated at the lack of organization/follow through. Mike from Doors By Russ was fantastic. He was professional, did excellent work, and was very respectful. He explained what he was going to and answered all my questions. There were no surprises and no mysterious extra charges. I had him come back to replace the bottom garage door seal with the same excellent results. Highly recommended!

After installing a new modem/router, I needed to reset the password on my garage door and app. I doing this, my app alerted me to a “misaligned” door. I called Doors by Russ early the next morning. Dakota, their service tech, came that morning to adjust and service our garage door. Excellent service with an excellent explanation of the service details.
