RecommendedDoor Works 817-329-4261 just installed a new opener for us and we’re VERY pleased. A Chamberlain model #LED. I used the internet to check prices and checked O’Brien, Overhead Door and one other local vendor for estimates. Door Works was hundreds cheaper and on a better model! Excellent assistance from Sally with the model and pricing verification and appointment set up and prompt quality installation by Jeff! Thank you Door Works for an excellent job at a great price!
Busted a spring on our garage door today. Jesus was out within 90 minutes and did a throughly professional job in completing the repairs. Very honest - quoted a reasonable cost up front and no hidden costs on the back end. Entire job was completed in about 30 minutes. Very happy customer, highly recommend Door Works! (They did a similarly professional job when they installed a new garage door opener for us about a year and a half ago.)
yes, someone came to give me an estimate that I didn't get. Yes, someone called and left a garbled message. yes, I had to call the company and then got quotes via email. Oddly, after being told my panel was no longer available and that it would need to be a new door, out of thin air I got a quote for that same disappearing panel. Lacking in customer service, in my opinion. And more costly than 2 other companies.
The liftmaster my q is awesome! Best purchase I have made for my current home. Love things that make my life easier..
