Knowingly rented to us with bedbug and mouse infestation, refused to fix anything, sewer backed up in basement, wasn't fixed for months, added charges to rental account without notification or explanation, office workers and manager extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
If I could I would give them a -0 Brenda showed us the house was seeming to be recording us by the way she was holding her phone asking inappropriate questions that doesn’t concern renting a house asking my daughters weird questions then asking us to fill out a 40 application fee took money from hard working people just to list the property for sell now BEWARE!!!!

Overall a good place, owner gets things taken care of, but there help Brenda doesn't respond to messages or call back, or pick up the office/cell phone.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially when u have to meet a certain criteria before they would even agree to show a property. I showed up to a showing & no one was there. I confirmed my appt the evening before but since I was at another appt the morning of & couldn’t answer my phone within the hour of my showing, Megan cancelled it. Then told me I would have to take off work again to see the property that evening! I was never informed that I would need to confirm my appt the morning of!
