We had Door Tech change out a broken spring on our double garage door. We had added some wood cladding which did increase the weight slightly. Door Tech was very easy to work with, got us on their schedule very quickly and sent out a tech to weigh the door ensuring the correct (upgraded) springs were installed. I have DIY'd these spring changes in the past but the cost was competitive enough that it was a no-brainer to have them do it. Very good service at a fair price.
From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. They were on time, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and Tanner made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!
Tanner and Wesley were prompt, courteous, and careful. They made sure to let me know how long it would take and then took care to clean up completely before they left. These folks are awesome! Garage door spring broke at about noon. We called them and they dispatched a repairman right away. The new spring was installed and the door back in working order by 2:30. The price was better than the competition as well. We would highly recommend them!
