Had Technician Javier service my garage door just hours after calling. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable and capable at what I thought could be a difficult repair. I had just bought my wife a new car for her retirement and I thought the garage door could actually fall on her new car. Without hesitation, Javier fixed, serviced and did a maintenance on the door in approx 1 hr. Couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service by Door Tec. Steve Shoup Edmond, OK.
I called on Sat. morn and Tiffany had Carson and Charles here in less than 2 hrs........they were great...... they put 2 new springs on my garage door and were finished in less than 1 hr.......great service and fair pricing ....Thank you !!! .

The installer, Carson, was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job installing our garage door. Carson also took the time to answer my questions and explained everything very well.
I had a good experience with the DC He came out and went above and beyond to make sure my client was happy.
I needed a replacement for a damaged section of track for my overhead door. Jason at Doortec was extremely helpful and got me fixed up very quickly. He even provided me with the bolts and nuts and a drill bit for drilling the correct sized hole for installation. All this and the price was very reasonable.
Great service Doortec, I called because my garage door would not open and they sent out a technician with in a couple of hours (Awesome) I had a broken spring so the tech replaced both of my springs, terrific job, Highly Recommend
I am pretty disappointed with the service I received from Doortec. We built our house a year and a half ago and they installed our garage doors. Even on the day of closing they had to come and repair the garage door opener because it wasn't working. When he couldn't fix it they sent out someone else the next day to fix it. We've had to have them come out multiple times to fix our garage door and opener as well as fix it ourselves several times because the door keeps coming off of the tracks.
