It was time to replace the garage door opener. Called Door Service, the installation was quick and professional. This is a great service driven small business. Highly recommended.
RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. I now have to call in someone else to come take care of their work because the door these 2 installed isn't working correctly. Its been up for over a month and i can't even use it. No show after no show, followed by lies and excuses. Even the trim pieces around the door are peeling off already. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Careful where you spend your money, 0 stars!!!
Was calling around to local garage door services in Lansing and was given the run around until I called Brandon at Door Service and he actually listened to me and took time out of his busy schedule to explain to me on how to resolve my issue. I followed his instructions and it worked. Brandon saved me hundreds of dollars just by him being a genuine Guy who’s not trying to pass the buck on you. Brandon and his wife and their associate Dave (?) were absolutely wonderful. Brandon gave me the best price for my emergency garage door and opener replacement and installation (I ran into the door with my suv, lol) he not only gave me the best competitive price but also got it done within a week!
