Very fast response and great service after the sale. Family owned company and you get treated as family when you call for service on your doors. Had them install 3 doors for me and couldn't be happier.
I made an appointment online for my garage door service. The appointment was confirmed I even received a message asking for my phone number. The company was supposed to call 2 hours before the appointment they called an hour and a half prior to cancel saying they don’t service my area. I am only about 15-20 mins outside of Superior. I’m disappointed because when making the appointment my address was included and I made the appointment during business hours so they could have caught that.
