I made an appointment online for my garage door service. The appointment was confirmed I even received a message asking for my phone number. The company was supposed to call 2 hours before the appointment they called an hour and a half prior to cancel saying they don’t service my area. I am only about 15-20 mins outside of Superior. My home overhead garage door lift assist spring broke, so I made the call. It was temporarily repaired while in lieu of waiting for more spring stock to come in to make me 2 new springs. This confident 5 star review i am leaving comes in a month after that initial call, still waiting on spring stock but that is what it is, the repair may have failed causing my door to stay open and I called again and just explained what I see and that my door won't close. I called these guys on the phone a couple weeks ago to make a repair on my garage door. I was told they were booked up pretty solid. I made an appointment for February 15th and was told they would call on the 14th to make sure someone would be there or that the door would be left open so they could get in. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

I got home from work on 1.27.21 to a broken garage door. It would not open at all, the pulleys were both old and not working so things kind of fell apart. not knowing anything about garage door, I thought I was looking at getting a new door. I called Door Services the next morning. they sent someone out to my place that afternoon while I was at work. By the time I got home that day it was repaired, and working, probably better then it was before. I can't thank these guys enough. THEY ROCK!!!!!
