I called in May he finally came out in September. He never worked a full day and never did finish. One door is off by about an inch. I didn't get a written estimate or a receipt. For the most part he was rude and angry when I questioned his work.
Cameron was very professional! He has a wonderful personality, and goes out of his way to make sure he does quality work, and great customer service! When we had a couple problems after he left, he came out the very next day, fixed it right up at no extra cost. Will be using Door Service from now on.
I called on a weekend thinking that I'd need to setup an appointment like with other companies. Cameron came by and fixed my garage door on his way home that day. He was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Door Service!
Cameron was the most accommodating (came on a Saturday when I was done running my errands), polite and respectful businessman that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was honest and didn't try to scheme us into something we didn't need. He also took care of a few extra things with no charge and didn't charge weekend or after hours cost. When I run into my next issue with my garage I will call him and no one else. He, hands down, has my recommendation. Thank you so much Cameron!!
Serviced my garage door, tension spring was broke and both vehicles were trapped in the garage. The service man showed up early on a Saturday morning and quickly fixed the door. He got us out of a pinch quick and it was affordable. I would us this company again and I highly recommend them.
