No stars! This place is awful! Crappy quality, crappy service, etc. All smoke and mirrors. Run, don't walk, the other way. They have doors on the floor that are "available" except when you want to buy them. They say "we can order more" but then it's more than double the price! When I needed a whole house of interior and exterior doors, which would have been well over $10k, they wouldn't quote me. I requested the same quote on doors at least 5 times over 4+ months. They ordered the wrong product and wanted to deliver it like that. My order ended up taking 5 months to be delivered. Framing was broken! No follow-up, their in-house staining turned out defective and the owner refused to fix it. Paid retail price for an inferior product. The owner has no business sense.
Today I had the wonderful experience of working with The Door Outlet. I had a front door which required replacement and this company provided me with the level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism that one requires when working with and paying for service providers.
