Life change appeared to be impossible. The door was open and i was given hope. Door of hope! Because if Mrs Cynthia, i am a changed me.
I saw Cynthia for over a year and she got me to a spot where I had the courage to have hard conversations with my loved ones that I felt was impossible before seeing her. She was completely supportive, loving and understanding. Highly recommend
I went in person the 1st visit & scheduled another in person for my 2nd visit which was going to be 2 wks later. A few days later I called to reschedule a sooner virtual since I thought 2 wks later was just too long. I called twice and left vms that I needed to cancel & reschedule. When I tried calling the 3rd time her vm was full. I called my ins company to report it. When Ms Cynthia did return my call OVER 1 wk later. I asked her was she ok. Needless to say didn't reschedule.
I met with Cynthia once via Telehealth. It was my first and last time that I sought trauma therapy. When I processed life events, her facial expression showed disapproval of the information she was hearing. Therapy is supposed to make you feel safe, if I wanted to feel judged and ridiculed I would’ve just called my mom.
