I had Jeremiah come out to repair my garage door springs, they were reasonably priced and they actually beat a written estimate I had from another company. They came out right at the beginning of my two hour window just like I had requested. The technician was very friendly and explained everything right up front. I was very happy with this service and will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. If you need a reasonable and honest company go with these guys!
On 6/5/2014 I had technician Garrett come out to my residence. He was very polite and friendly when I answered the door and when he examined the problem with my garage door, he knew exactly what the problem was and kept me informed throughout the repair explaining to me what he was doing and how these different parts work. He was very kind to my kids who are 5 and 9 years old who were very intrigued by what was going on. The repair was done fast and the workmanship looked very professional.
