HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Called to schedule an appointment the week before, Lady informed me a tech wouldn't be in my area (Hope Mills) until Thursday of the following week. Stayed home waiting for service tech, no one called to reschedule by 2:00 pm. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. I was told no one would be in my area and she didn't know when they would be. I'm 20 minutes from Lumberton! Thats like driving ANYWHERE in the Fayetteville area!!!
