I hired Aaron to stain and seal two custom wood garage doors. I have zero complaints about the workmanship, and they actually did a great job. The reason I am marking them down a few stars is because one of his guys stole a folding table that I was letting them use during their work. Aaron has repeatedly lied to me about his intention to bring it back, and then he said he ordered me a new table on amazon. This has been going on for three months, and my texts go unanswered.
The Door Guys did a great job on our wood double front doors. They were dried out and looking terrible. They fully stripped, cleaned, sanded, and refinished with coats of Spar on top. Aaron clearly has a ton of experience and will be coming out to do maintenance on our doors annually. Best of all, the price was much more affordable than other options. Due to the great reviews, Door Guys was the first number I called when I made the decision that my beautiful front door had to be restored. Unfortunately, it was during the COVID crisis and no one was there to return my call. I waited about two weeks and called another company. They returned my call immediately, and I planned to hire them, but they didn't have any openings for over a month.
