One of the cables broke on our garage door, trapping both vehicles in our garage. I called The Door Guys and they were able to send a technician within the hour. He fixed the door within a short time and we were charged a reasonable fee. Later that day we had some trouble with the sensors and were advised over the phone how to fix that issue with the promise that if I were unable to get it adjusted they would send someone back to the house. Needing a “service call” at your home because something has broken is usually not something a person looks forward to; and often, it’s something that we dread.
