This was a good company with which to deal when I originally purchased my garage door. Now with a change in ownership they refuse to honour the original warranty . As a part of the required maintenance their technician showed me how to spray lubricants on the springs and rollers. Now they claim that because I did as instructed that I violated the warranty.
