This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. I had an afternoon off work and wanted to get someone to come and look at my garage door opener that hadn't been working properly for months. I called in and John picked up right away. There was no back and forth with an office administrator and no voicemail phone tag. He took down my info and said he could be there within a few hours. I called yesterday with a door issue and left a message. Door Doctor called back shortly and came out the same day to fix my issues. The service tech was very informative and had the door functioning like it should quickly. I will call them to work on my doors in the future. Thank you Door Doctor!
