Terribly overpriced. The minimum service call fee was never explained prior to service. Charged service fee of $350 for 1 spring and 2 cables replacement that took technician around 15 mins (in an out) to replace (+ cost of the parts, which was cheap compared to the fee). Will never have business with them again. Only called them because we had a sticker on the door, which they originally installed in the house that we bought. Do your research and go with more reasonably priced companies or change it yourself.

Wow couldnt have been more impressed with the Service and Customer service that we received from them. when i called they actually picked up the phone. They gave me an immediate date and was contacted the night prior which was an added bonus as they requested an earlier time. Being both of us work they were on time and the price was as quoted and it freed up our day to keep our work schedules. Very happy with the service provided and it all went as planned.
