Aggressive driver operating one of their cargo vans. Not a great look for a company with branding on the side of the vehicle. Keep your distance when following, at night, in wet weather. If you're driving so closely I can't see your front license plate in my rear view mirror, you're driving dangerously.
Initial consultation with Door Doctor's Mathew on new garage door opener to replace 21 year old was informative. 🧐 Mathew listened to our needs and provided us with a couple of options and cost for both the unit and installation. We had a 84505R LiftMaster belt-drive opener with camera installed a week later. Final cost and product were exactly as stated up front. It's been about 2 weeks later and we are pleased with the performance... make that extremely pleased! Well done Door Doctor and well done Mathew!
When you order a garage door opener shouldn’t you be told before installation you need to buy an extension cord and light bulb because it’s not included in the package or price? I should have been informed of this on the day of inspection and when given the quote. I called the Door doctor later to let them know how disappointed I I was. There response was…if you were to buy a lamp at a store it would not come with a light bulb. How disappointing

Their head office is he Montreal and they have been in Kingston for quite a few years, since 1995 I believe.
