Every part of my interaction with Door Doctor and Mike who came out to fix our garage door opener was outstanding. They are very friendly and efficient. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Garage door spring broke as we came home at the end of the day; couldn't get into garage at all. New to Ottawa so we didn't know who to call, but remembered "the Door Doctor" from ads. They were very polite and professional and were able to come the next day. Had the correct replacement part in the van and had us fixed up in less than an hour! Polite and friendly! Highly recommended!
Nice garage door but…. I am very disappointed with the garage door installation service provided by this company. After only two years, the doors no longer open when the temperature drops to -20°C. Additionally, snow enters the garage because the doors were not properly sealed during installation. This is clearly a result of poor workmanship. I wanted to thank Door Doctor for your visit last week. My garage door opener light kept shorting out which was unpleasant in our darker fall days. Jamie was the technician who visited me. He was very helpful and the light has been working ever since. Thank you.
