The worst Door repair and installation service in Ottawa or ever. The service guys are so rude and disrespectful.
The cable on my garage door snapped and I would have been stuck with the door open all night had it not been for the Door Doctor's very fast and efficient service. My problem was solved within an hour from calling them. Highly recommend.
I had a new garage door mechanism installed. The tech was very helpful and offered me options that fit my needs. I had a follow-up visit from a different tech who was also excellent. When I experienced some confusion relating to invoicing, the office very quickly helped me. I've been quite pleased with Door Doctor, I definitely recommend them.
I spent all day waiting for a tech who never arrived or got my message. All I received were false promises. Do not waste your time and money with this company.
Had a door opener issue, door doctor was quick to come out and come up with an inexpensive fix. Always a great company to deal with.
