The Door Doctor has been my go to man for years for all garage door repairs and once again, he was "Johnny on the Spot" and did a fantastic job. This time, my Craftsman opener finally bit the dust. We called Dickey and he came out and installed our new opener. He was professional, prompt and courteous. His prices are always competitive and reasonable and this new opener is awesome. Richard does awesome work. I had a spring break on my garage door. He replaced it. Also needed a new battery which had been out for years. He replaced it with a new one. Good thing he did. One night we came home the door opened the light wasn't on. We didn't realize until we got in the house the electricity was off. It was our only way in all the door screens were locked. Thank you Door Doctor for the great job you did. You're the best!
Great Service - Reasonable Prices My garage door came off the track and would not close. I called Genie Door Doctor in Red Oak and he worked me into his schedule and came by within a few hours since my door would not close. He repaired the door and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for garage door problems.
Excellent Service, Very Reasonable Price When our ten-year-old garage door spring broke last week, trapping our cars inside, Genie Door Doctor provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. My wife and I give this very experienced and therefore highly competent vendor very high marks for honesty and integrity.
Call the door doctor A few years back, I had an incident with my garage door. It inadvertently got lowered onto a vehicle, that was pulled slightly into the garage. The door made several grunts and groans as it pushed onto the hood of the car, then it went up and stayed there. When I called Genie Door Doctor, I explained the urgency of my situation, as my door was UP. They told me how to bring the door down manually, and assured me they could fix the problem.
