UPDATE! WHAT A SCAM!!! After making an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau I've received a very scary letter from the business owner telling me that he agrees to send another door to me in exchange to removing negative truthful reviews from everywhere I posted them, and if I don't remove it, he wants me to pay him $500/day per violation. BEWARE! DO NOT buy doors from Door Clearance Center using their online site! It appears that this company is using VERY SHADY PRACTICES where it tries to sell doors that DIDN'T PASS QUALITY CONTROL to the online customers. My FIRST DOOR arrived with FIVE CRACKS (see pictures below) and MULTIPLE SCRATCHES. I called Customer Service that seemed to be friendly, however, their real job is to entrap you and here how it works. Ordered a double fiberglass door October 1st, I was told that it would be in on November 14th now being told maybe November 29th. Everyone uses the buzz words like “supply chain issues” You are in the freaking door business work out your issues or stop selling doors. My advice go ahead and order if you have 2-3 months to wait. DOOR CLEARANCE CENTERS FACEBOOK HAS ALL GOOD REVIEWS. I COUNTED LIKE 11 GOOD REVIEWS. SURELY, THAT WAS THEIR 11 EMPLOYEES WHO POSTED THE GOOD REVIEWS. BAD.. NEVER AGAIN!

BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, THEY WILL SHORT YOU DOORS AND THEN YOU WILL BE CHASING THEM FOR MONTHS TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE OVER 8k you gave them. So sad for the people who get scammed by them. We went there 5 times after we were told our doors would be there... still no doors. They owe me 3. I bought two and well. NIGHTMARE

I purchased a double Exterior Knotty Alder double French door In 2016. They were expensive. The doors arrived with some moisture in between one of the panes. I immediately told them about it and they did nothing. We had no way of securing the building so we went ahead and put them in and would later have a local company replace one of the glass panels. WhooHoo! DO I recommend Door Clearance Center? You Bet I do! I needed 5 interior knotty pine 2 panel arch top doors. The selections they have online gave me so many choices that I knew I'd find what I wanted and I did. What's more, I paid seriously less, even with shipping, than a Lowes special order wanted. Shipping was faster than I was told to expect. And I didn't have to leave the house. It was great! I totally recommend the Door Clearance Center across the board.
