Great Experience - No Problems – I was very pleased with the way my windows turned out. Door and Window Plus was very professional. They sent out a salesman to my house that quoted me on a few different brands. I picked Milgard because I thought it was a good value and liked the way it looked and the features it had. Customer service was great. They called me before they were coming out and worked with me on the date so I didnt have to miss any work.

Poor customer service--avoid! – I bought an entry door at what I thought was a good price. However, the salesperson's attitude changed when I told him that I was having someone else do the installation. He started to nickel and dime me on "extras" and I told him to forget it.
