Doonya is the best dance/workout class! Such fun, high energy and the playlists are incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a good sweat, learn some new moves, and listen to Bollywood hits. You really don’t need any dance experience or skill to follow along and get a great workout.

This is a wonderful class. I burn 800+ calories easily with 50 minutes of workout so just for that alone, I recommend the class. It's also a lot of fun for me despite not being the most coordinated or graceful dancer. Palak is an amazing teacher and she cares deeply about your experience in the class. She is encouraging and wants you to get a good workout, improve your dance skills and have a wonderful time. I have been going relatively consistently for a year and I don't plan to stop going anytime soon!

Legit the best Bollywood cardio dance workout class in the Bay area. You will sweat, get a great workout, have fun and learning something new in each class. I have taken classes with Palak, Shruti, Riana and Sayali and they are all amazing dancers and instructors.
