after my first appointment i felt finally after 10 + years someone listened to me, that there was hope. i can say without hesitation or reservation everyone in this office is wonderful, it's obvious they care about patients needs; the skilled and kind Dr. Doonquah, and especially Dr. Powell, her true compassion has changed my life with years of consistent care, actual CARE ... I cant thank you all enough 💓

He doesn't care about his patients, was just told practice is closing at the end of the year and the np that works for him screws up prescriptions every month

The office help is a joke. Waiting three hours for consultation to talk to a nurse practitioner. While waiting in the waiting room another patient comes in, the receptionist says, I have a bunch of questions. The patient says, I've been here before. The receptionist says, yeah, that's how we do it here. They also take copay before your visit. Whereas they had to refund me since they could not see in an hour. I asked for the credit back on my card. She said it it take 5 business days. If the office help is like that, can you ... read more
