Peterbilt in Hays is great. We stopped in to pick up a part we ordered. Asked if they had time to install a new seat. They took the truck right in. Jeff noticed the check engine light was on. They immediately pulled the codes and started the diagnostic process. He apologized for the inconvenience. What are you kidding me. Keeping our truck on the road is not an inconvenience.
Service manager told us they would warranty there work did a ac total work up in September compressor locked up in February was told they would cover parts and labor if we took it to a peterbilt shop so we did bill ended up being $4000 cause no one ever cleaned out the system and everything was clogged up now hays peterbilt will not stand by the word and ain’t paying one cent so I’m stuck with the total bill on a spare truck not one I work on a daily basis and if I knew I was going to be the one footing the bill since it’s a... read more
While passing through I called to see if they could fit me in on a Friday afternoon about 2:30. I pulled in and was dropping my trailer and they came out to get all my info. I wasn't in a hurry but they apologized for taking 30 minutes longer than he told me. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area and need anything. Thank you.
They took us right in. Told us there was a slight weight due to lunch but they were on top of it as soon as they got in. They went above and beyond to please us. Place is super clean. Also truck drivers if ur truck has to stay they will drive/pick you up from the hotel. Very nice people strive to know all their customers by name. We will defiantly come here anytime we need work. Better than the city Peterbilt locations where they don't care all they want is to get u n and out
Got me right in and got my problem diagnosed right away. Service manager is really good and knows that if you are not turning miles, you're not making money. Need more guys like him in the shops that think outside the box on getting trucks back on the road.
