The technician was great—diagnosed and confirmed our assessment—a leaky kitchen faucet and hot and cold water valves under sink. He replaced both valves and the faucet fixture (which we had already purchased, anticipating need). 5 stars for work. One star given for the OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE—total 1164 dollars for 80 minutes of work— simple repairs, had we been pulmbers. My elderly parents used this company in the past for septic tank cleaning. They live in the New Carlisle, OH area. Set up an appointment for my parents with Dooley Service Pro at their convenience i.e. when they would be in the area. They gave a window from 11:00 a.m-3:00 p.m. Called the company around 2:30 p.m and was told they took an emergency call ahead of my appointment and never bothered to call to notify of the delay. Receptionist said it would be another hour to hour and a half. Cancelled the service call. Totally un... read more

RecommendedPaul came and took care of emptying my septic system in a timely fashion. He was very friendly and gave me some helpful hints to keep my system in top order.

Had a tankless water heater replaced with a conventional model. Warned the installer that I wasn't sure a conventional tank would fit in the space. Was assured it would fit. After unit was installed I was then told I now did not have access to service the furnace! Owner apologized for the misunderstanding & said he would replace the tank with another tankless model. After waiting 9 months and getting numerous excuses, I finally called another company and had another tankless model installed

As I clearly stated to that we would not install a tankless water heater that we could not service for you.
