I have been using this service for the past 6 years and have only good things to say about them. No issues with billing or service at any time.
DO NOT USE!!! First they did not do a very good job. We used them on a rental property between tenants. When I was doing expenses, I realized they had not charged me. I did the right thing, and I called them to say they hadn't charged me (even though they did a subpar job, I wanted to pay them for their time). The cost was ~$70. I received a charge several months later for ~$135. I called several times with all sorts of promises that the right person would call me back and they never did. DO NOT use this company. The billing is the worst I have ever seen. They have erroneously charged me $200+ and refuse to refund or reverse the charges.
We have had issues over the years with billing, agents arriving at 5 or 6 AM(!!!!!) and slamming his door -making our dogs bark & making us bad neighbors. Also, VERY expensive for our TINY yard and after years of serivice we all of the sudden receive two emails with invoices every month (though it is nice to have an invoice finally - two is excessive) so we are looking for a new service company.
