Rob and Stacy are very professional and were quick to respond to my call for a clogged drain. While I thought the job was going to be a quick one, there was more to it than anticipated. Rob explained everything he was doing, as well as how we could avoid future issues. They are very nice people, the type of business people that are a pleasure to deal with. If you have plumbing issues and want fast professional response, call Robert and Stacy of Doody Calls Drains. There’s no need to call anyone else. They unclogged years of buildup in my drain. They were fast, professional, courteous, and above all very knowledgeable. They snaked and jetted and didn’t stop until all was cleared out and water was flowing out of the house. I called and spoke with Stacy, I explained that my sewer line was clogged. Rob and Stacy showed up within the hour and were friendly and curtious. They snaked out the roots and got my sewer cleared very quickly. They did great work and even gave suggestions on how to avoid root build up in the future. Doody Calls Drain Service is a company I would highly recommend. They came for what we thought was a simple clogged drain but it was so much more. We had probably 50 years of grease and sludge lining those pipes that Robert and Michael worked together to get the pipes cleaned out. All the while with a smile on their faces.
