Makes me sad – I have never been in Doodles, but before you go in, you should read what they did to my sister-in-law. My brother passed away in February. In the aftermath of planning the services, explaining it to a 4, 2 and 8 month old, moving my sister-in-law and the kids into my parents house, etc a dear friend helped us by decorating the baby's room. BEST BABY BOUTIQUE – I recently found out I was expecting, so decided to check out all the baby stores in my area. I stumbled upon Doodles in my searching and I'm so glad I did. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and was asked if i needed any help. Being a first time mom, I needed all the help I could get. Very rude and unappreciative of their customers' business – I recently purchased about $1300 worth of custom bedding and draperies at Doodle's for my little girl's nursery. I received my order within about 6 weeks and was very pleased with the quality of the work. However, I went back to the store a few weeks later to have a pillow monogrammed. When I originally purchased the pillow, along with my other bedding, I was not certain of the baby's initials, so I asked the owner if I could wait and have it monogrammed later. She ... read more

Rude – I went to Doddles yesterday for the first time. I had heard the store sells cute baby stuff and I wanted to buy a Mclcearn stroller. My 11 month old son was a good mood so I thought I would stop by to check out the stroller. What a mistake. I went to the store on a weekday afternoon and only one other mother was in the store with her child. There were five staff members just hanging around. RUDE – I know Doodles as nice things, yes- we can all agree! However, there service is a nightmare. Does one have to surrender good service for cute bbaby specialty items, I think that answer should be "NO". I was recently in the story and to what I would like to say suprise (but it was not), everyone was rude, with the exeption of one person. YES, even the owner. Boutique with great gifts! – Doodles helped me find the PERFECT unique gifts for some friends that just gave birth. At one of my girlfriend's showers, my gift was the most oohed and ahhed over...I definitely picked the right gift, thanks to Doodles!

worst cust.serv. ever-RUDE – I do not know how this place stays in business, i have been there several times as i am hosting a baby shower and every instance where interaction was to be had between myself and an employee was disastrous. I was an inconvenience for the staff, and when i mentioned this to the owner she conceeded and basically said that i could take my business elsewhere and that they were extremely busy. One word :RUDE! – It never occured to me to read the reviews on a baby store before heading over to get ready for my baby. The store is cute, thougth over crowded and a bit over priced, but that is fine it's a boutique after all. The owner and some employees are so rude and unwilling to help that you just get so turned off and want to turn back and leave.
