Never trust this jewelry store. For the third time, I brought a piece of gold to sell. Before coming here, I had it checked by a couple of other jewelers, who confirmed it was real gold. However, at this store, even after using their tools, they wrongly claimed it was fake. When I went to the next store, they immediately confirmed it was genuine and gave me a price. This jewelry store is not professional at all. Not only are they unskilled, but their behavior is also incredibly rude and unrefined. It feels like they’ve come straight from the backstreets with no sense of customer service, no expertise, and no professionalism. On top of that, their prices are the highest I’ve seen.
