Dr. Chan and Kathereen make such a great team! I had my eye exam, tried on so many different trial lenses, and Dr. Chan was endlessly patient, always carefully evaluating what worked best for me without ever rushing the process even though it's past their regular business hours. They're always kind, clear, and never overdo the explanations. Not to mention, punctual and well prepared. Every visit feels thoughtful and smooth from start to finish. Thank you ladies
