i have an ancient furnace that quit on me. i thought it was just the fan motor. replaced that, then it was just dead. opened up junction box and the wiring was a mess. Now it wasn't even kicking to fire the furnace and instead with thermostat on "heat" and the A/C was kicking on. They were able to come promptly and fix my furnace. Professional and thoughtful. Have been consistently happy with their service over the past four years.
After a run around with another company, money wasted, voicemails ignored, and furnace still not working, I called donvernon. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. Furnace fixed with a temporary replacement and a week later after confirming that was the issue, with the permanent part. Donvernon has an office that actually answers calls, competent technicians, and great prices! Will definitely call them the next time I have an issue!
Donvernon did a great job fixing our furnace! We had never worked with them before this year, but they were great. First of all, they answered their phone and were polite- something nearly unheard of in this area. Secondly, they kept us up to date on appointments and actually showed up and were pleasant, and finally, they were able to diagnose the problem, something the other companies that we called were unable to do. The problem was fixed with a return visit, again, scheduled quickly and fixed correctly. Thanks!
I do not recommend this company. Our A/C was not cooling to the set thermostat temperature. The tech they sent examined and cleaned the exterior unit, checked the filter, even removed the thermostat and claimed the wires needed tidying, and ultimately replaced our perfectly good thermostat claiming it was faulty. None of this improved our cooling at all. They offered to send a different tech and adjust whatever new fee might be incurred but we declined. $300 spent for no improvement and no answers.
