They say you can get a free donut on June 5 because of national donut day but try to sell you their coffee or another donut Once you decline they treat you like a peasant. Very poor customer service. Very poor attitude. Krispy Kreme’s donuts didn’t do this and were very polite and welcoming. Will never purchase from donut king again. The free donut day is a bait for them
I order fresh donuts (12 cinnamon, 12 grazed) for my grandsons birthday and when we had them 2 hours later they where stale . It was so disappointing I would never use this place ever again
Went in to get my birthday coffee no issues Had my Mum with me she got her coffee and asked for her Seniors doughnuts they said they do not do them for free however you could buy them Coffees were weak and only warm Disappointing to say the least that Donut King can no longer afford to give Seniors two free doughnuts with their coffee Guess I’ll have to find another Donut King to buy from
Donut shop won’t do donuts half an hour before close.
There opening hours say that they close at 530pm however i went there at 430pm, just to be told they don't make anything for the last hour so that was disappointing. I would recommend management to adjust it so they can serve coffee and drinks up until close time.. or close to closing time of the shop...
