Every time I have gone staff are friendly, and drinks are served quick and are of good quality.
I always get cold flat white coffee when i order and i couldn't bother to change it, the donut when i ask for HALF SUGAR on one side only they still put all around on it.
Regular customer. I came by yesterday 09/03 at 4:45pm and it was already closed and shut up even though the online trading says 5:30pm. Then come again 10/03 at 4pm and they had already shut the hot cinnamon donuts down so was unable to get them. I understand if they shut at 5:30 so stop making fresh donuts by 4:30/4:45 but disappointing they stop serving over an hour early and had minimal choices for buy 2 get 2 free. I am a regular customer at Chermside, the donuts and coffee are awesome the staff are absolutely amazing but the main issue and this has been coming for a very long time, the tables are terrible. They are all broken please change them! Try drinking coffee while your table is “dancing”. Absolutely disgusting service, I waited inline to be served, I had waited for my turn and the cashier decided her friends who had ran up to the counter and cut me off were more important.
