I am a regular customer at Chermside, the donuts and coffee are awesome the staff are absolutely amazing but the main issue and this has been coming for a very long time, the tables are terrible. They are all broken please change them! Try drinking coffee while your table is “dancing”. Absolutely disgusting service, I waited inline to be served, I had waited for my turn and the cashier decided her friends who had ran up to the counter and cut me off were more important.
Hot donuts have shrunk beyond belief. I mean... they are tiny! lol
10/10 every time
