Paid $7.15 for a plain hot dog. Stale bun, dry and half cold. Had 1 bite and took it back . Told the staff it was stale, was asked if I wanted my money back. Went to this Donut king store on Sunday 21/6 and purchased a hotdog. The bun was half stale as it was left out and the service was rude and horrible. A friend of mine also got hotdog and her whole bun was stale, she took her hotdog back and said it was stale and asked for a refund. The employee snatched the hotdog off my friend and threw it into the bin and gave her $7 back in cash when she paid card. DID NOT offer her a new hotdog or anything else to compensate. I came by today at 4:45pm and they had “8 cinnis for $10” so I thought I’d grab a bag. the two girls working saw me and then went to the back while i waited instead of serving me. i poked my head around and they were standing there laughing, hiding from customers. when i came back 5 minutes later, they were taking all the donuts for themselves even though it says online they don’t close til 5:30. im very unhappy as i work in the centre myself and dont pack up and leave until the closing time advertised. very disappointed
Tried to order food only to be told sorry were not doing any more even though you don't close for another 2 hours.. what a joke. Spend your money elsewhere
Staff were rude & coffee was cold. Owners really need to train the staff ior get more mature, polite staff. We will never return.
