Only giving 1 start because there is no option for 0😒!!! This place is well and truly horrible, I went in this Thursday to order my large latte with oat milk and I was told to take a seat, they were not busy at all so at the time I was thair only customer. If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a coffee milkshake with lactose-free milk and no ice cream. I told the staff clearly that I am lactose intolerant. I received a coffee milkshake with ice cream with no warning, no explanation until I pointed it out. The staff then offered an iced latte in the same cup that had ice cream in it. That’s like giving someone who’s lactose intolerant a glass of milk and saying, “It’s just a little". Totally careless.
