Worst customer service ever lady with blonde hair I ask for large strawberry shake and then paying $6.5 I was thinking kind of cheap but then she say banana shake and when I saw the size is regular I ask is that my order she said yes I was like I didn’t order that and then she walk away rolling her eyes serve another don’t even listen to me then Asian girl came and ask what happen I tell her she apologise and make again for me and I paid the rest amount . Never visiting again rude behaviour.
The food is good and the coffee is great. However, the customer service really lets the place down. The staff always seem to rush people when ordering, only to then stand around looking miserable. Every single one of them acts as though customers are an inconvenience, which makes the whole experience unpleasant.
Standard coffee however exceptionally expensive...
