The food is good and the coffee is great. However, the customer service really lets the place down. The staff always seem to rush people when ordering, only to then stand around looking miserable. Every single one of them acts as though customers are an inconvenience, which makes the whole experience unpleasant.
Standard coffee however exceptionally expensive...
Ordered mocha frappe. What I received was nothing like it. More like cold coffee. Not impressed
