Out of all the donut kings I’ve been to this is the WORST. I had a birthday reward my regular order is the banana thick shake , when I ordered that the owner was working there I believe refused to do it and said only milkshakes are part of the reward which isn’t true I’ve ordered them at other donut kings. Then when he made it , it was over frothed to look like it was full , he was trying to give the cheapest thing on the menu , very stingy, bad reputation for the franchise.

Service was terrible! I was served by a middle aged Asian man who seemed like the boss and made a big deal in accepting my NRMA discount code for buy one get one free 6 donuts. He wanted to make sure the location was correct but this is irrelevant like i tried to explain as the offer can only be claimed once no matter the store. I did show him the store which was his but he kept on making a big deal. This was not necessary or professional. I will not be back at this store. I have been a customer previously but have stopped after terrible rude service from the staff especially the male one who scolded me for eating a bun with my kids even though I bought my kids donuts and hot chocolate from Donut King. After reading so many reviews that are negative on this site, i am astonished that the owner can continue to write apologies to customers and NOT DO ANYTHING to manage the team. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete lack of basic human decency. I understand that I was not a customer, and I know that a business is not obligated to provide free items to people who aren’t purchasing anything. However, I was in an uncomfortable situation where I urgently needed a single piece of tissue. Rather than responding with even a small amount of kindness, I was met with a rude attitude and dismissed simply because I wasn’t a customer.
