At the time of this review this store is at 2.7 stars. That is way too high given how rude and cheap the staff are at this store. I am a regular customer and when using a birthday reward for a milkshake they refused to put any ice cream in it. After so many paid purchases, being cheap with a reward is uncalled for. The lady said she never puts ice cream in her milkshakes regardless which is different to all other donut king stores. My child refused to drink it as it was just chocolate milk and not a milkshake. The aggressive RUDE little old man donut maker was banging on disabled toilet door ( what is his disability)demanding i hurry up obviously other toilet were out of order or occupied he should of went to toilets on next level when I opened toilet door he started swearing aggressively pointing at me in a threatening abusive manor when he exited toilet i was still at sink washing my hands when he continued the swearing and abuse and unbelievablely didnt washed his hands went straight back to work handling donuts etc food people... read more
Am a fan of Donut King everywhere incl off best places in the countryside They're renowned for prompt and courteous service But was THOROUGHLY disappointed with this franchisee, an Asian gentleman named Ken (probably not his real name) Bought a cappuccino and two donuts to have it there, remembered I needed to take my DIABETIC MEDICINE and asked for a glass of normal water (was a warm January morning anyway) The DISCOURTEOUS Asian franchisee REFUSED to serve a SINGLE glass of WATER and insisted I BUY cold bottled water REALL... read more
I came back today to see how the service goes. They asked to scan my membership QR code to get 1 free drink then when they scanned it successfully they said “no internet” and refuse to provide the service Please everyone this store plays games on you do not go here and support their business
