The Best dr in Dallas
My insurance kept denying my cholesterol medication, Repatha, but Dr. Donsky did not give up in fighting with the insurance provider to get it covered. He continued the fight when my refills were denied. I really appreciate his effort to get my medication. My cholesterol level has never been lower in my whole life.
Dr. Donsky was attentive, thorough, and patient with my mom and me, despite our various questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and to genuinely care about my mom's health. Great bedside manner.
Very rude and unconcerned. He returned a call to me (when I left message for my Dr. to call ). I was having sore mouth and lots of facial swelling; and, wondering if it could be a reaction to new med. that I am taking. I was afraid to take it and also afraid to stop suddenly. He asked why did I call him at 2:00 am, well people do die at 2:00 am. This is my health and life that I am concerned about.
Dr. & staff were great and he was very easy to understand about heart abalation procedure.
