been going there for 10 years. my family 20. they damaged my tires last rotation, the lug nuts all over torqued. I let them know this, not wanting compensation, just friend to friend letting them know. they trespassed me for said call. weird customer warranty they have. if they damage your car they will tell you to get lost and don't come back dont waste your time here.
