Don is a cold hearted person who values money over morality. If he cant make a buck being honest & helping his customers he will lie to them & try to manipulate them into payment. It is unlawful to hold ones personal affects for inability to pay & yet that is exactly what he did. He told me we could not have anything out of our rental car until we payed the bill. These guys are the best. I've had Don's do towing work and car repair on my vehicles for many years. I stick with Don's because they provide good service at a reasonable rate and in timely fashion. And believe me, they've had to work with some pretty old and barely-hanging-together vehicles of mine from time to time. Good job you guys!
Last week I discovered a piece of metal dragging off the bottom of my car. I called, explained the problem, and was invited to come right down. I was in and out within five minutes (it was a quite simple fix) and without any charge. What outstanding customer service--I will definitely use Don's if I have any problems with my car in the future!
